From Hamburg Airport:
Taxi (20-25€, 20-30 min drive)
Public transport: S1 (Ticket "Großbereich" - 3.30 €, 40 min ride) to Landungsbrücken (long flight of stairs, not recommended for heavy luggage) or Reeperbahn.
From Landungsbrücken: Exit the station through the small passage on the right (before the bridge to the river bank), take the stairs down, cross the street to approach the hill, take the long stairway up the hill, pass the Hotel Hafen Hamburg to reach the street (Bernhard-Nocht-Straße), then turn left and follow the street for approx. 100 meters.
From Reeperbahn: Follow Reeperbahn towards Millerntor, head right into Davidstraße, left into Bernhard-Nocht-Straße. The entrance is reached after approx. 200 meters. Please approach the front desk.
From Central Station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof):
Taxi (8-10€, 10-15 min drive)
Public transport (Ticket "Nahbereich" - 1.70 €, 10 min ride) to Landungsbrücken (long flight of stairs, not recommended for heavy luggage), St. Pauli or Reeperbahn.
U3 (yellow line) in the direction of Schlump-Barmbek, (includes view of the harbour during the ride) to Landungsbrücken or St. Pauli.
Directions from Landungsbrücken: See above.
Directions from St. Pauli: Take the exit towards Reeperbahn, follow Zirkusweg (street right across the junction) until the end, main entrance is approx. 20 meters to the right. Please approach the front desk.
S1 or S3 in the direction of Wedel/Blankenese or Pinneberg. Exit at Landungsbrücken or Reeperbahn, respectively. Further directions from the stations: See above.
